The items are collectable pottery items from various private collections and were manufactured by McCoy Pottery Companies from 1900 to 1991. These are not new manufactured items. Some factory blemishes or damage may exist and may not be noted or visually apparent at the store. Any warranty on the items is limited to incorrect order processing errors by the store and its personnel.
• Damage resulting from shipping should be addressed to the carrier as all items are shipped insured. All shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable under insurance claims payments. In a case by case determination, portions of the shipping cost may be refunded on the original order.

Payment and Ordering
All orders are processed within 48 hours. All orders will receive an email confirmation and a tracking number upon shipment. Payment for all orders will be made by credit card utilizing Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AmEx. If a payment is received by check the order will not be shipped until after 15 days of receipt of the payment subject to clearing of check. Q: What does the term: Mint Condition, Excellent Condition, Good Condition mean?
A: Mint Condition Means: No chips, cracks, repairs and cold paint intact. Excellent condition means: No known cracks, chips, repairs. Crazing of the glaze may be present and natural as well as cold paint. Manufacturing blemishes can be present. Good condition means some damage such as chips, cracks, repairs are present and noted in the description. I some cases there is no condition listed and is unknown.

Q: What happens if I receive my order and it has defects not listed on the store.
A: We try to examine all Antique Collectable Cookie Jars for defects but can not guarantee the accuracy of the examination. All items are sold AS IS. Keeping in mind these are antique Jars that may contain certain blemishes.
